To get started you’ll purchase the Online Consultation from our online store. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you an email with detailed tips on lifestyle, makeup, haircare, and diet to jumpstart your journey to clear skin.

In that email, you’ll find the link to our questionnaire that gives us all the info we need to analyze your skin and develop a protocol to help you maintain beautiful skin. Your answers plus the 3 pictures you send helps us identify the type of acne you have and what products will best serve your skin needs.

The final step is purchasing our New Client Product Package, which includes all of your initial products with nice little savings. Our Long Distance Manager Melissa will guide you through email on how to use the products, troubleshoot issues, and give moral support on this journey. You’ll check in with Melissa every two weeks for the first couple of months until things are improving nicely and your skin has adjusted to the routine. It’s helpful in those emails to give as much detail of how your skin is doing as well as pictures. We are here for you 7 days a week.

Live in the Bay Area but can’t find an appointment right away?

You too can become a long distance client and then transition into in house visits once you are on the products for 2 weeks. You’ll book an “Acne Treatment” from our list of services for your first in house treatment.
